This involved recruitment, contract preparation, negotiations, mentoring, and training.- Introducing our brand portfolio to clients, architects, designers, and builders.- Devising marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness in a new city.- Establishing strategic partnerships with organizations sharing a similar client base to boost sales promotion.- Crafting kitchen layouts based on client preferences, providing advice on ergonomics, aesthetics, and functionality for tailored solutions.- Initiating, negotiating, and finalizing deals with clients and architects.- Managing and overseeing projects from initiation to completion.2014: I rebranded the organization from SIS Imports to Plüsch, leveraging the brand name to consolidate our diverse product range under a unified identity.2015: I expanded the brand by introducing Ritzenhoff, a luxury German glassware brand catering to the younger Indian generation.2018: I relocated to Delhi to rebuild the team and manage operations in North India.Presently, I shuttle between Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad to oversee operations effectively.
