Since 2012, I have been working for response and programs division as executive officer in International Programs Department. I have been assigned to the positions as Head of Delegations for various types of natural and man-made disaster as well as capacity building projects. I have conducted and joined to the Kosovo (2015) Montenegro Humanitarian Operation (2014-2013), Philippines Haiyan Typhoon (2013) and also I would like to inform you that, since 2012, I have been working at WFP- Kızılay e-voucher programme for Turkish Red Crescent side in Ankara.I am in charge with WFP-Kızılay e-voucher programme;- Controlling activities of the Kızılay e-voucher team in Gaziantep,- Checking uploading lists, lost broken card lists and financial documentation,- Visiting the field regularly,- Setting down official letter to internal and external partners,As Officer of Response & Programmes Division under the International Programmes Department, I am in charge of;- Defining the strategies and policy for each response and programmes to be carried out,- Conducting all international responses and programmes pursuant to the strategies laid down,- Defining composition of the structures at central and field level for the each operation,- Preparing Term of Reference for each position and Standard Operation Procedures for each operation and programmes,- Analysing the situation from different point of views and prepare a plan of actions on the ground,- Establishing sustainable, coherent and durable relations between stakeholders in the field, - Providing adequate information and consultancy to relevant divisions of the National Society on operation related issues,- Preparing response, recovery, rehabilitation and re-construction project and implementing accordingly,- Preparing brief and detailed reports for internal and external decision makers.
