An enthusiastic Human Resources Professional with experience in roles spanning from HR and HCM shared services, Talent management, change management, HR strategy & transformation, Employer Branding, talent acquisition & OD. As a Consultant, I had the opportunity and privilege to work with clients across various industries and sizes starting from start-ups, scaling up enterprises and government initiatives ( T- Hub ) in HYD, to help them navigate periods of transition, transformation, growth and M&A. I Enjoy harnessing human resources to provide insights that enable strategic decisions, and creating solutions that add value to business. My mission is to create and foster inclusive, diverse and engaging cultures positioning the organization to not only HR excellence but also to making a tangible positive impact on the business as a whole. I hold a Master’s degree in HR (major) and Marketing from Institute of Public Enterprise. Motivated to learn, grow and experience full spectrum of Human Resources programs, services and functions. I am hoping to expand my horizons into other branches of HR in the future.
