Foster Arizona is a non-profit public charity focused on educating, empowering, and engaging foster and at-risk youth, families, and the community to offer hope through connections. Contracted in 2022, Sug created a development strategy focused on future growth and process automation for the Foster Arizona Housing Project. This development project created a custom client management database allowing key data collection to be streamlined for grant writing and reporting. In addition, Sug integrated new workflows to further client’s goals in growing a more robust organization.
