I have good organization and management skills. Have built a production team and prepared ISO documentation in my new venture, getting ISO 13485 certificate and CDSCO license for manufacture of Class A, Class B & Class C medical devices viz; Medical Oxygen Concentrator, Nebulizer, Anti Decubitus Floatation therapy mattresses like Air bed with pump & Water bed, Medical examination gloves . Currently working on BiPAP and CPAP certification and license registration. Have worked with global design and purchase team of Philips, Criticare, Cardiac Science, Estill, MSI, Mediaid, AMDL in new development of medical devices like disposable and Reusable Oxy sensors, Baggage scanners, Pulse oximeters, AED, Blood warmer. I was involved in setting up of manufacturing unit in Malaysia & Vizag. I have handled machines like die attach, wafer dicing, Transfer molding , injection molding, ball wire bonding, Laser marking, Ink jet making, Screen printing, Reflow oven, UV curing, Soldering machines. Involved in transfer of manufacturing of digital Thermometers from HLL Kodaikanal to Bangalore. Expert in new product development of medical devices with knowledge of quality system and FDA requirements. I value work ethics, integrity, discipline, smart working.
