Responsible for end to end Supply Chain and Operations (PAN India).

Plan, manage and evaluate Packaging operations, forward and reverse logistics, Warehousing, liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers. Own end to end supply chain management, reconciliation and work with Ground Ops to close all issues within TAT. Capacity planning for the hubs, coordinating with cross-functional team and build a culture of ownership and empowerment within team. Implementation of SOPs, Safety norms and identifying cost saving opportunities.Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance.Control of packaging and provide appropriate, cost-effective, high-quality solutions. Responsible for accuracy of label-ling to ensure correct parts/finished assemblies reach correct customers at the correct time.Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement.Interpret trends and analyses and review data. Provide meaningful operations data to others in the organization to aid customer service and cost improvements.Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.Set departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.

Responsible for day to day Supply Chain and Operations.

Managing sourcing activities, stakeholder management, project execution, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and client’s services.

Responsible for end-to-end sourcing activities, which typically includes expediting, RFQ, Negotiations, supplier quality, logistics, project management and supplier relationship management.

Responsible for purchasing of all Inbound materials, vendor development and inventory management.Monitor packaging, arrangement of transportation and dispatches of finished goods, Documentations.
