Current•Total 34.5 years of work experience in Ethylene plants (Ethane Cracker)- Operational Excellence & Process Safety Expertise. •Specialization in Ethylene Plant: Amine unit, cracking furnaces, quench and compressors technologies•Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Project Lead•Certified Professional Mentor Practitioner•Working with technology partners (Dow Chemicals), process licensors (Technip), EPC Contractor, OEM vendors (Elliott, Callidus, Zohn Zink, UOP, Worley Parson), Nalco-Ecolab, GE Betz-Suez etc. and other sub vendors. •Gap analysis and developing gap closure plans for Dow Loss Prevention Principle (LPP), Burner Management for Fired Heaters, Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA)•Reactive Chemicals and Process Hazard Analysis (RCPHA)•Management of Change (MOC) - design review, pre startup safety review and approval •Leading Major Root Cause Investigations using Apollo Root Cause.
