 Responsible for the P&L of the SBU. Reporting to the Company Director and Management of SIS Group Enterprises. Planning and developing the company’s mission & strategic direction as conveyed through management policies. Ensure proper implementation of the mission by sustained business operations with focus on top-line & bottom-line performance i.e increasing revenues and augmenting profitability.  Ensuring Clients are happy to engage SLV Security as a business partner. Client delivery remaining the key to operational excellence.  Focus on engaging a leadership team in the Company who are result oriented and with the ability to resolve issues for the Clients and our Guarding staff.

1. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the company by ensuring that service delivery to clients is as desired under the given circumstances/conditions.2. Be part of upper management and work in coordination with other senior members of the Management team/Heads of departments. 3. Maintain exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with clients and team.4. Monitor and oversee the work of senior operations staff to get the best out of them by targeting specific areas in which they may need to improve operational efficiency. Work at delegating tasks i.e right man for the right job.5. Set desired parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively the organization is operating by constantly reviewing and evaluating business procedures ranging from allocation of resources to expenses for various business processes.6. Monitor revenue margins and worker productivity, as well as implementing new directives for growth from time to time.7 Be responsible for setting guidelines for personnel evaluations, recruitment, and advancement of team. Focus on building the team and morale of staff at various levels.8. Always work to protect the Brand image of the company as per instructions of the Board of Directors.

Drive HR initiatives to include identifying, interviewing, hiring, training and mentoring employees across multiple business verticals. Motivating, developing and retaining employees while rewarding high performers.8. Work in best interest of brand building as desired by the promoters.

Focus on realistic service deliverables for Enterprise Risk Management Solutions include Manned Guarding, Investigations, Electronic Security Integration, Facility Management, background Screening/Verifications, Training & Consultancy and Emergency Response Services with emphasis on service deliverables based on capabilities of staff/team at local level. Clear understanding of Failure Reporting, Failure Management and Corrective Actions that need to be taken during a crisis that occurs at sites. Also, going out of the way to support clients during times of crisis by mobilising all available resources for this effort. Training and mentoring for security managers and staff.

 Enforced best technique to quantify security deployment of men and material for the longest self-heated pipeline in the world. Ceated deployment pattern for over 1000 security staff (including 15 security managers and about 80 security supervisors) each day stretched across 741 km of 40 Oil platforms, oil pipeline, O&G terminals very effectively in the states of Rajasthan and Gujarat.  Wholly responsible for loss prevention, loss control, Expats advisory, and third party integration. Planned for training and up-gradation of all security staff across all sites of the Company through internal trainers.  Carried out security audits and investigation of security breaches for sites including offshore sites, onshore installations.

 Carried out an extensive market survey and analysis to check feasibility of doing visa and passport service business in the retail segment of travel market and presented a Business Plan to the Management which was approved in totality. The new business was named as ‘Thomas Cook Visa and Passport Services’ (TCVPS).  Started from scratch and grew the team to about 150 personnel in 4 months time thereby setting up an efficient visa facilitation team in record time.

 Led efforts across augmenting annual business turnover from 120 crores to about 180 crores (achieved 20 crores above target). Promoted Business Head for entire North in the very first year with the company and made responsible for 260 crores of business.  Handled and led the team while providing effective training, guidance and motivation for effective results. Had about 15 Managers and 180 in the reporting chain.

The Indian Army experience of 21 years in the most challenging terrain and operational circumstances.Key Highlights  Distinction of being commissioned into the Elite Brigade of the Guards Regiment by winning Gold Medal for standing first in the order of merit of officers commissioned to Infantry (1984). Recipient of Commendation for bravery in the face of the enemy (Counter Insurgency Operations in J&K in 2000).o Successfully completed the Defence Services Staff College in Distinction.o Served in challenging environments and successfully conducted operations there including prestigious staff (Brigade major of Armoured Brigade and GSO 1 Operations of an Infantry Division in Counter Insurgency Role)and instructional tenures (Infantry School and Indian Military Academy).
