HR Administration:Representing HR team in meetings like Interconnect etc. Performance Management including periodical appraisals, Negotiating Compensation etc. Encompassing HR operations, which include process setting and implementationHR Development: Have played a pivotal role in Designing and implementation of various HR policies and Procedures.
