Systems Support Analyst
Current• Administer and support corporate end-user workstations and maintenance of hardware, software systems and productivity on LAN with laptops and phone systems, Racks, Switches, APC-UPS• Provide consultative support to over 400 franchise members on best practices for network security and operation and solving their issues using a ticketing system arranging according to the priority and necessity• Manage security and solve Vulnerabilities using software such as Tenable Nessus, and Bitdefender• Investigate and resolve issues and incoming assistance requests by end users• Manage DNS settings for over 175 domains via Cloudflare• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent• Resolve the issues shown in a software related to servers and the computers involved in the incident based on the level of their severity and risk exposure• Investigate user problems and identify their sources; determine possible solutions; test and implement solutions• Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and operational difficulties and server room maintenance• Assisting users in maximizing use of networks and corporate hardware and systems including cyber security• Develop and conduct various instruction and training for system users on operating systems and applications• Managing over 5 websites with WP Engine and WordPress. Implementing websites changes using PHP and JS• Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers.
