Renegade Insurance, erstwhile Covered by Sage, is a technology-driven insurance brokerage in the US market backed by NFX and the founders of Acorns, Thumbtack, Betterment, Tinder, Udemy, and others that combines cutting-edge tech and modern consumerism with an old-fashioned human touch. Renegade Insurance is building technology products to enhance the experience of insureds, which helps them mitigate their risks with better prices and various products that help agents and ease the distribution of insurance.Major responsibilities include:- Headed the Accounts Payable Function of US, India and Nepal Entities across all departments of the organization including vendor payouts, reimbursement payouts, Tax and license, appointment fee, petty cash and so on.- In charge of managing the Accounts Receivable function of Agents Platform Fee revenues and Carrier Appointment Fees.- Responsible for the Treasury/Banking function across all locations.- Monitor the Cash Flow Position for efficient fund management.- Providing the insights in the monthly Budget preparation.- Active involvement in formulation and implementation of policy blueprint - Procure to Pay Policy, Reimbursement Policy, Approval Matrix and Travel Policy.- Overseeing the Prepayments and Accruals of Expenses.- Filing 1099 Tax Returns for US Vendors and Contractors.- Manage end to end operational activities like stakeholder coordination, resolving AP/AR Discrepancies and fulfilling compliance requirements for smooth functioning.

Allpasal Public Limited is an E-commerce Retail chain company with a clear objective to manage, and distribute the goods produced from the production company to the markets. The Company aims to solve the problems in distribution chain by welcoming Nepalese producers, manufactures, and markets to sell the products through a one-channel market, anticipating to resolve the problems of unorganized market, unhealthy & opaque market, and multi-middle market. Allpasal has partnered with more than 400 retail shop stores till date in different districts of Nepal and have introduced various facilities like accurate products, better price, and easy home and shop delivery.Major responsibilities include:- Designing the end to end Procurement to Pay workflow procedure from inventory procurement until Customer Delivery.- Contribution in B2B and B2C Credit Management (partly Accounts Payable and Receivable Role) for sound liquidity and cash flow of Company Finance like setting payment terms, designing the credit guidelines and tracking retail credits.- Overseeing the implementation of ERP based Warehouse Management System (WMS) for Systematic Inventory and Logistics Management - Involvement in marketing campaigns to build trust among vendors and partnered retail stores.
