As a BA my roles are more aligned to managing different projects on my specialized domain.Requirements analysis and elicitation of requirements.Gap analysis for different modules based on requirements.Communicate with different stakeholders like developers, Project Managers, Project Owners, QA etc.Work proactively for the improvement of the product.My previous experiences on Sales, Teaching have developed my inter-personal skills i.e. communication, professionalism, team work, patience, etc. My science background has greatly developed my critical thinking desire to learn. These skills helped land a job at a top Software Company with any background in IT.As a teacher have developed a active listening, empathy, leadership, etc.
