I am a private practice Psychologist at Green Leaf Psychological Services.I am comfortable providing individual therapy for a wide range of challenges people face throughout adulthood. I have worked particularly close with people who have health difficulties and can help people with weight management, pain management, coming to terms with and managing chronic health difficulties (e.g. Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Diabetes or a Heart condition), and dealing with insomnia or other sleep-related conditions. I am also skilled in helping people with anxiety (e.g. generalized anxiety, shyness, social anxiety, panic attacks), stress-management, depression, anger management, low self-esteem, difficulties with body-image, assertiveness, communication, grief, relationship difficulties, and break-ups.​I also provide therapy for couples centering on creating an understanding of mutual values and goals. Using this approach I help couples foster communication skills, build intimacy, get in touch with emotions, solve conflicts, fight fair, and manage difficulties with anger.
