I believe in leading from the front. This role consisted of keeping finding and training new sales teams in the Las Vegas area. We employed a hands on approach to training where I spent most of my time out in the field with new agents showing them how to tackle the sales cycle. This included cold calling, field prospecting, and conducting sales presentations.

Arizona/New Mexico El Paso

As a regional instructor with Colonial Life, I assist our field team with the sales training for new agents and managers. In addition to classroom training, helped agents learn the process and sales cycle by showing it in practice. My philosophy with sales training begins with the basics and learning the process of a sale. All other tools can be added to the process as an agents grows in the business. Also a professional salesperson never stops learning and practicing the craft.

As an independent agent my goal was to open as many new accounts as possible. This was accomplished by setting and achieving daily prospecting goals, and honing my skills as a salesperson. During my tenure I was constantly ranked in the top 20% of sales associates in the state, and achieved all of the awards available to agents in their first two years.
