• Responsible for the implementation of the GBV/CP support interventions in targeted areas and ensure timely referral pathways ad adequate responses are provided (case management, provision of health kits and timely referral to other relevant services based on the existing service mapping and Standard Operation Procedures).• Conduct capacity building for community-based protection groups to support protection activities implementation and awareness raising activities in the area.• Monitoring and supporting protection monitors on data collection process. • Monitor and review the overall voucher distribution process starting from beneficiary selection, registration and verification to voucher distribution and redemption at the selected shops• Supervise the efficient distribution of food items and Vouchers at the site and ensure proper distribution of entitlements and verify appropriate entitlements are distributed and provide feedback to Program Officer• Assist the WFP Officer and implementing partners in encouraging women’s access to economic skills development and sensitizing public opinion on gender issues and gender-focused activities• Report periodically to the WFP Officer on relevant events regarding voucher management, distribution, and other related issues• Identify any apparent issues in the program and report them to the appropriate personnel• Perform other related duties as required.

• Ensure appropriate coordination with all humanitarian partners (including government institutions, national and international NGOs, through the establishment and maintenance of appropriate coordination mechanisms• Secure commitments from humanitarian partners to respond to identified needs• Ensuring the appropriate distribution of responsibilities within the Cluster, with clearly defined focal points for specific issues where necessary• Promote a timely and appropriate emergency response, while also considering the need for early recovery planning as well as disaster prevention and risk-reduction activities• Ensure effective links with other relevant Clusters, both bilaterally and through the OCHA coordinated Inter-Cluster Coordination mechanism• Represent the interests of the Cluster in discussions with the Humanitarian Coordinator and other stakeholders.
