During my time at Estudiantes Embajadores, I had the opportunity to develop several skills. I set, planned, implemented and supervised social media platforms, offering personalized service to customers through them. As a team, we create a way to share our information and communicate to respond to customer's answers, building close relationships with them, by email, social platforms or in-person meetings.Also, I supported the sales efforts and promotional activities of the company, coordinating with internal staff events to attract new clients and sell services offered by the company.
