- Project: Sneaks Up, Sneaks Up App, Champion Türkiye, Yargıcı, B&G Store, B&G Store App, B&G Store Dubai- Project backlog management and prioritizing User Stories in JIRA, Asana, Trello- Working with scrum and kanban methodologies- Holding weekly scrum and backlog grooming- Creating release plans for the project- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and analysts to translate product requirements into clear user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria- Identify business needs collaboratively with the customer and product team; manages all requirements from definition and modelling, testing and launch- Practised with web and mobile technologies, API, and microservices in terms of product development and IT processes- Translate business requirements into a high-quality product backlog and define the business values- Testing new features with QA team before the release and making sure that there will be no bugs- Working with developers and technical team to solve urgent issues if needed- Managing and monitoring Project's KPI- Getting an insight about the project by holding weekly meetings with the customer- Creating and opening whole new projects from the start working with stakeholders- Acting as a bridge between customer, development teams and other stakeholders- Making sure that software integrations such as 3rd parties, new ERP integrations done smoothly by working with stakeholders closely for projects
