Well versed with Onshore /Offshore, Airport, Refinery, Oil and Gas (Pipe, Tank, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Column, Equipment’s and Pumps , agitator and mixer , AFC Fan and blower etc), Storage Tank, PEB & RCC building & warehouse construction, MEP, Meet client requirements, deadline and deliverables. Work directly with General Manager to help implement project goals.Review tender documents, review vendor BID, procure and sale project, participate FEED and maintain an ERP of Cost Information.Coordinate with project, logistic and purchase teams to finalize the project cost as per SOW/RFQ.Coordinate with manager and also communicate with client to clarify doubtful SOW related to costing and also gather project information to deliver proposal.Received Tender Documents for Green Field Project/ Shutdown/ Turnaround Inspection(T&I), Area Calculation and MTO from Drawing, Estimation and costing of (Pipe, Tank, Pressure vessels, steel structure, blasting and painting, Scaffolding, Insulation, Hydro jetting, Chemical cleaning, Torquing, RCC/PEB Building Construction). Prepare and review commercial and technical proposal, follow-up proposal submission and deadlines. prepare Scope matrix, cost breakup sheet, prepare project schedule, manpower and equipment histogram chart. prepare cost and project budget report, cash flow chart.After award the project, prepare MIS report, review PO and SOW, prepare MR and coordinate with Procurement team.Prepare tender documents/ RFQ for subcontracting, receive quotations from subcontractors, BID preparation and evaluation, vendor negotiation and coordinate with team to prepare PO to award sub-contractor.PERT & Critical Path (CPM) analysis .taking corrective and preventive action.
