Working from home, I developed content (mostly blogs and web copy) for the company's clients in diverse industries, from windshield repairs to jig manufacturing, and from coaching to construction. The content is high impact to boost reader engagement and promoting action.

Here I went knee-deep into production, development, and marketing aspects of a yet-to-be-launched Wellness mobile app. I was responsible for creating customer support and marketing emails, in-app content (even the text on buttons and loading screens etc.), writing and reviewing PPC ads, web copy, FAQs, as well as creating initial drafts of Terms and Privacy Policy.

Along with writing, I started editing content and also got to mentor new writers at the firm.

Here I boosted my writing game and produced everything from SEO articles to eBooks for clients in diverse industries. The skills I developed at this point in my career were thoroughly understanding clients' instructions and delivering first drafts that got approvals, and final drafts that got repeat business.
