I am a motivated and highly organized professional with a strong focus on achieving desired outcomes. My expertise lies in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Currently employed at Tristar Group, U.A.E, a leading multinational energy logistics company, my current role revolves around the development and implementation of HSE and risk management initiatives, both at specific sites and throughout the entire business. I am entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that all HSE systems are regularly updated and adhered to by all employees.Among my responsibilities, I conduct various activities such as toolbox talks, hazard identification, road safety assessments, journey management, safety audits, accident and incident investigations, and evaluation of workers' compensation claims. Additionally, a significant part of my job involves delivering comprehensive HSE training across the organization, covering areas such as work at heights, road safety, manual handling, first aid, personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency procedures, and other industry- recommended safe work practices.
