Started career in Hospitality, working in hotels in the West-End of London. Also working in Retail industry for over 20 years, where I started as an assistant and progressed to Store Deputy Manager running several stores.Working in different industries like Hospitality, Retail, Facilities, Administration, has helped me gain valuable management experience. Working in Mobile Retail industry further enhanced my IT skills while managing stores in different locations with the branch manager. This led to the management's trust in me to be the key-holder for several branches at the same time whilst maintaining a high level of customer services, office and store administration and operational delivery and also to ensure as point of sale that it's up to date according to merchandising requirements.Received the award "Top 50 Sales" when working for The Link in year 2001.Currently working as Mail-room Operative within the European Medicines Agency for the last 7 years.My role is not just limited to ensure accurate delivery of mail, but also to gain knowledge and valuable experience with digital archiving to setting up new mail-room at new premises. Setting up stationery points for many floors of the new building is another element of my role.I consider myself a strong team player and I have always extended my support to make sure that we deliver as a team whilst meeting the deadlines. I have also been involved in the training and development of the team members and have taken initiatives in preparing written guides and instruction manuals for the members of my team.Gained a certificate for customer service through the Agency.
