+ Accountable for an enterprise-level game content management application utilized across the EA SPORTS label by 200-300 employees to create games like FIFA, NBA, NCAA, Madden, NHL, Tiger, and UFC.+ Identified the need for and enacted a label-wide culture whereby all priorities were identified, discussed, and made visible across all internal development organizations.+ Adopted agile methodologies and applied distributed development strategies to create and maintain a very visible and highly-informative Product Backlog with estimates, statuses, locations, and more.+ Developed and communicated direction to a community of 200+ users, 30+ stakeholders, and 15+ developers across three physical locations.+ Identified and wrote software requirements, including technical dependencies and strategies.
