Guiding and assisting organizations, and individuals, in their efforts to meet and exceed customer requirements and expectations, have been one of my passions for as long as I can remember. I am able to do this through the use of more than 20 years hands-on experience in establishing and maintenance of Quality Management and other Business Management systems. My vast exposure to a variety of industries gives me the added advantage of being able to adapt and customize systems to suit diverse scenarios and implementation expectations.I hold a variety of qualifications and aim to apply my strengths of critical analysis, process evaluation and optimization, wherever I go. I am a natural problem-solver, and I can make quick decisions, within limited time, with sometimes limited information available. I am highly organized and structured, while also being adaptable if things do not work out the way I planned. As a manager, I strive to create a work environment of cooperation and believe in leading by example, motivating employees through working hard and giving my all. I can do almost everything I put my mind to and do not shy away from a challenge. I pride myself in recent successes, including: production quality process improvement, line trial system improvement, maintaining certification through pandemic-ridden conditions, and training Sales team members on quality management system requirements.My career has given me exposure to all areas of Quality, Health and Safety Management and Risk Control, and I have a strong interest in making systems do the work for you = Working smarter, not harder. My goal and ambition is to apply my knowledge and abilities to positively affect any individual or organization I work with, and invest my energy into sustainable improvement activities.With all of the above, I also adore my family to bits (the ones with 2 as well as 4 legs :)
