Among other things.As the company shifted focus to growth (from 60 to 100 ppl in about 1.5 years) and my background in team management, I joined the business development team of Finestmedia to extend our business opportunities and help your development teams in this journey. I was responsible for project management and consulting of some of our existing larger accounts as well as building new relationships, preparing bids and negotiating agreements. During this time, I also initiated using a more efficient use of our CRM (Pipedrive), implemented a CSP (Freshdesk) and revamped Atlassian Jira workflow processes for our largest projects.

At Finestmedia I lead and managed one of two large tech teams (.NET, Php, JavaScript) - ca 25 people: developers, analysts, testers, project managers. My daily tasks included people managment, recruitment and selection; addionally customer relations with larger accounts, budget forecasting, preparation for sales bids, project management, etc. Some examples of projects: ETIS2, SAIS, Alexela Electricity Sales System, Bauhof Product Information Management System, Hansapost.ee e-Commerce platform.

Bondora is a consumer friendly, convenient, easy-to-use secure web service that is the pioneer for cross border peer lending: supported by investors, endorsed by borrowers and approved by countries globally.I was responsible for Bondora's daily operations: KYC, loan application management, debt collection and customer support in all four countries (Estonia, Finland, Spain and Slovakia) and related IT project management; also CS and relationship management with private investors around the world. Lead team of 15+ people.Within the short timeframe at Bondora, my two most significant accomplishments were: 1) Total overhaul of the loan application management process together with my team leads, reducing our workload 50% whilst the number of applications doubled 2) Set up and rolled out debt collection process switch from internal Court Order management to using external Debt Collection Agencies in all four countries.

Founded in 2007, Fortumo is a digital enablement platform for app stores and digital service providers for user acquisition, monetization and retention. The company connects service providers with more than 280 mobile operators across Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa. Service providers use Fortumo’s platform to manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle of mobile users on these networks through the company’s bundling, carrier billing and messaging solutions.My direct responsibility at Fortumo included three separate functions performed by our awesome 8-12 person team during this time period: 1. Business Development in EU region 2. Global Account Management and 3. Global Customer Support and related IT project managementWithin almost two years with Fortumo, some of what got done: I set up a new sales management process (including new bonus structure); implemented and started actively using a CRM software (Pipedrive); created Account Manager role and hired first AMs; established a number of new processes on the Customer Support team with a big part of selecting, implementing and migrating workflows to a new Customer Support Software platform (Freshdesk).

I was responsibile for the account management of Large and Mid-size Estonian technology sector companies in the Public Service and Manufacturing department of Swedbank Corporate Banking. Addionally, I lead the technology sector knowledge center, collecting and providing the experience related to the sector within the bank.

Lead and managed 5-8 people web team within the markeng department. I was responsible for Elion's (now part of Telia) public web interfaces (including the self-service) daily operations, new development projects, execution of sales- and marketing campaigns as well as news publishing in all those channels.

HR consultations, recruiting and talent management for major local and international firms operating in Estonia. Recruited several project managers, engineers, sales people and other positions for major Estonian companies.
