Served as the Principle Study Director applying data analytics to the Army's Chief of Staff directives concerning Force Protection. Responsible for building the strategic framework, and leading analysis studies while assisting the Director with resource allocation, quality control, and coordination of analytical studies with higher headquarters and other analytical agencies. Assistant Course Director and Instructor of the Operations Research Systems Analysis – Military Applications Course (ORSA-MAC), nested within the Department of Advanced Studies at the Army Logistics University. Taught students how to think critically and inform senior level decision makers through the military application of Probability; Statistics; Calculus; Introduction to Simulations; Introduction to Combat Modeling; and Advanced Linear Statistical Modeling in Regression, Analysis of Variance & Design of Experiments.

Course Director, MA104, Differential Calculus; administered a core math course to over 1000 cadets, while leading and developing a team of 21 instructors. Made specific curriculum changes after leading a two year study focused on surveying the retention of material as it pertained to subsequent courses. Developed junior faculty in teaching techniques and developed course design while serving in various roles such as Assistant Course Director, Team Leader, and Senior Team Advisor; also published four papers and one book. Educated, trained, and inspired over 500 future Army officers to become leaders of character through the daily:-- Instruction and discipline of Mathematical Modeling, Calculus, Probability, and Statistics.-- Leadership as Head Coach for Army Alpine Skiing; coordinating training, logistics, and competitions.-- Mentorship as Officer in Charge of a Cadet Choir; coordinating practices, logistics, and performances.-- Deployed from February 2009 to February 2010.
