I was born in Germany. Moved to Turkey in 1991. I speak and write German fluently. I completed English Highschool and after that Business Adminstration at Uludağ University in Bursa. I speak and write English fluently. I started in the Automotive Business in 2009 and have experience for 12 years, 8 years of these as manager in sales, projects and development. The last 4 years I am managing our Label Manufacturing Plant as Plant Business Development Manager and leading our office in Düsseldorf as General Manager.I am always focused on improvement. You can feel yourself very succesful, you can see yourself at the top of your carrier; but there is always a way or someone; to make and reach it better. I am reporting to BoD. I first created an organization according to process and department. I have set fix daily, weekly and monthly meetings in order to follow manufacturing topics, quality topics, financial topics and Sales topics. I have implemented new software for ERP and CRM, so BYB could manage and follow all activities on system. Now we can manage our customer orders and claims better than ever. I succeeded in building a completely new layout by eliminating mudas and implemented our own ERP & CRM system to receive orders, monitor production and delivery online. Customer claims were improved from 40% to 3%. On time delivery was improved from 52% to 88%. Warehouse management was completely changed and all inventory can now be managed online from point to point, with always updated quantities. During this time, we have increased our investment in the last 2 years by 3 Million dollars, moved to a new Plant from 1600m2 to 7000m2, increased our Turnover from Yearly 4 Million dollars to 7 Million dollars. -
