•Preparation of the annual audit plan and implementation on a quarterly basis,•Making preparations in accordance with the audit concept determined by the calendar set for store audits,•Performing store visits and inspections on the basis of determined concepts on a quarterly determined calendar,•Making separate reports for each store after the audit and checking/correcting the draft reports created by the team,•Creating and following up the action plan with the results of the determined findings,Answering questions about risky issues from stores and directing them to the relevant teams when needed,•Communicating with copartner in the Global team and exchanging information regularly, meeting the common denominator in the need to revise the audit concept,•Informing other C level managers when starting the central audit process and receiving additional requests,•Conducting central audits•Initiating an audit in line with the approval of the CEO, especially when there is a detection of misconduct,•Conducting routine evaluation meetings with the CEO once a month, participation in board meetings if necessary.
