Responsibility:1.Mainly focus on MNC Company’s recruitment. The industry involves IT, Internet and Telecommunication, the job functions include pre-sales, sales, technical support engineer, R&D, marketing and etc.2.Analyze job descriptions and some other detail information from client, thereafter plan and organize effective recruitment activities, and to search good quality candidates ASAP.3.Conduct executive search in various healthy channels except for screening the existing database, such as: cold call, reference, bbs, weibo and some recruitment websites.4.Conduct telephone interview with candidates, check their work experience, job content, education background, the true leave reason , and present shortlist candidate reports to client5.Communicate with client about candidates’ information, including advantages and disadvantages, and explain why they suit the position or not.6.Arrange interview schedules and make sure the candidates would be on time for the interview.7.Conduct offer negotiation, reference check and resignation preparation for successful candidate.8.Follow up on-board candidates work statutes at regular intervals.
