Responsible for projects concerning the renewal and/or optimization of the IT infrastructure in strategic areas at Edenred Italia; in particular, I managed a large migration of the entire project portfolio of the company from Jira OnPrem to Jira Cloud (about 100 projects), with related improvements for security and cost optimization. In parallel, I followed a second project concerning the census and creation of a support infrastructure for the monitoring and timely renewal of hundreds of digital certificates, managing a technical team, meeting the main players and creating new operational processes; a third project concerned the optimization and migration of some DBs both in development and in production, planning the timing, roles, day and night activities to mitigate service interruptions and the impact on customers, solving some structural problems and optimizing license costs.These projects required careful planning, managing confidential data, managing meetings, training and communications with hundreds of people and devising strategies to maximize quality and meet agreed upon timelines; coordinating activities and resources, I ensured efficient and successful execution of the projects.
