Resolve guest issues that arise during events, and provide follow-up after the event to make sure that concerns were handled satisfactorily.Oversee overall event set up, specifically as it relates to needs of Event Services Department.Provide accurate time records for submission to the payroll department via automated time keeping system.Develop training program materials for new and existing staff to provide optimum customer service training.
