- This was a seasonal part time managerial summer position. - I was responsible for overseeing 15 concession's employees and all concessions operations. - I managed the concession’s inventory, productivity level, and provided customer service if customer's had a complaint.

- In this position I would welcome customers and seat them. - I built relationships with our customers, provided customer service, and answered customers questions or referred them to our manager.

- This was a seasonal part time job in the summer.- In concessions I would fulfil customers orders and prepare their food.- At the front desk I would greet members upon arrival, sign them in when they arrive and also greet them when they left. - I was responsible for being knowledgeable by answering members questions about membership, swim lessons, tennis lessons and any event we had upcoming.
