As a Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist at Baxter, I enjoy developing and activating projects related to our TA priorities across employer branding, technologies, programs and processes. My role is to ensure our global Talent Acquisition strategy is activated and customized at the regional (Americas) and local (country) levels through consultation, project management, and delivery. Every day is different here at Baxter. My favorite part of my role is partnering with our regional leadership team to help positively influence and add value to the regional TA experience for our Hiring Managers, candidates, and our TA team. I am passionate about learning new skills, learning from others, and experiencing new cultures. I feel lucky to be part of a global team of SMEs in Strategy & Planning, each bringing different experiences and perspectives to what we do (and doing all the exciting stuff).I’ve been fortunate to have lived and worked in a variety of countries around the world, which has given me a unique perspective in experiencing and understanding different markets and ways of working and how cultural nuances need to be considered when influencing and implementing change.At Baxter, I’m proud to work at the intersection of progress and purpose.
