CurrentAs a change agent and strategist, I drive deployment of the TA strategy for the Americas region, in alignment with the global strategy. I lead activation of the employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies, manage regional execution of our technology roadmap, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:• Lead implementation and optimization projects, including developing detailed project plans, influencing key stakeholders, managing project resources, and identifying risks/issues• Partner with TA leadership to ensure the global strategy is translated regionally to provide the best platform for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent• Deliver data insights that measure strategy effectiveness• Optimize our digital ecosystem to raise awareness of Baxter as an employer of choice• Enhance the candidate experience by improving process efficiencies and sharing our employer brand• Inform the development of the regional technology roadmap and deploy creative approaches to drive user adoption and compliance of recruiting technologies• Establish the infrastructure and processes that improve the hiring manager experience • Inform budget developmentBaxter and Hillrom are now united as one company, creating one of the world’s leading medical products companies.
