Senior Sales Administrator
Current• Senior Role includes revenue optimization, sales coordination and new hire training• Report directly into Assoc. Director and Vice President of Sales Services • Work with FNG Ad Sales Teams and Pricing and Planning to optimize revenue across multiple entertainment and sports cable network properties• Primary responsibilities include ensuring all advertiser brand allocations are accurate and meet all terms and conditions per each agency mandate• Manage all agency directives and ensure quality control that includes brand to brand separation, product description and category conflict resolution • Responsible for inventory management (+500 units/ week) for prioritization and maximization of revenue through review of highest unit rate hierarchy • Assist Commercial Administration with final review of all logs which includes reviewing all network commercial inventory for resolution of oversell, open time, product conflicts and all separation issues and units (National, Affiliates & Direct Response). • Responsible for training and supervision of multiple sales operating systems for all new staff members • Train staff on end to end workflow for all daily Commercial Administration executions
