• Responsible for designing, configuring, testing and implementing Workday features, business processes, and enhancement request related to Compensation, Recruiting, HCM, and Security.• Created/Scheduled Advanced reports and maintained dashboards and calculated fields for company need and/or request.• Assist with training Analysts in the Recruiting and HCM modules.• Provided system mass update support via EIBs for all functional areas of Workday.• Gather user requirements and translate into technical specifications.• Provided system improvements by identifying and implementing best practices for business needs.• Daily troubleshooting with system issues within all system modules.

• Support for various Workday modules but not limited to: Recruit, On-boarding, Absence, & Time Off, and Security.• Experience handling bi-annual functional releases and business process/workflow development.• Create and deliver ad-hoc reports for use by Human Resources and other departments.• Assist IT with data mapping of fields within Workday to support Integrations.• Provide support to end users along with break/fix support in the Workday ecosystem.• Proficient with Salesforce, Jira, Cherwell, and Service Now ticketing systems and Microsoft Suite.

• Create and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports for use by Human Resources and other corporate departments, as well as, government agencies via Workday Report Writer.• Subject matter expert for Workday Recruit and Onboarding. Including ownership for resolving all issues, troubleshooting, and configuration/maintenance.• Assist candidate onboarding processes including compensation approvals, account set-up, system access and I-9 verification through E-Verify.• Routine auditing of employee and business data stored in HR systems.• Extensive configuration and testing on implementations within Workday (HCM, Recruit & Learning).• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS – Skillsoft, rolling out Workday Learning Sept. 2018).• Lead online and in-person trainings including maintenance of HR webinars for the company.• Create/Generate/upload EIBs for mass data updates within Workday.• Monitor and resolve support tickets related to HR systems including password resets, login issues, configuration enhancements, break fix requests, report requests, and Workday access requests.

• Supported Day to day Technical operations for Extra Space Storage facilities throughout the US• Gate software troubleshooting, DigiGate, StorLogix, Falcon 2000 and Winsen gate systems.• Internet and Chrome web browser, Java and Adobe Flash troubleshooting.• TCP/IP troubleshooting with network and connectivity issues.• Remote Desktop to troubleshoot computer/connectivity issues over the internet.• OS upgrade, backup and imaging of old and clean installs of Windows operating systems, Windows 7 and Windows 8 & 8.1.
