With over 16 years of experience as an HR professional in various industries, I currently lead the human resources and corporate services functions at the Center for National Health Insurance (CNHI). My role is to align the people strategy with the vision and goals of the healthcare transformation in the kingdom, one of the region's largest and most ambitious projects.As the Chief of HR & Corporate Services, I have a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative and effective HR solutions that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and stakeholder satisfaction. Some of my key achievements include developing and executing a comprehensive talent management framework, establishing a robust succession planning and development program, and overseeing the HR integration of CNHI as a new entity.
