Current• Digitization of Daily Rounds: Led a transformation of daily equipment monitoring from manual paper-based tracking to a digital system to increase machinery reliability and reduce data errors. Utilized SAP master data (functional locations, measuring points) and introduced QR codes for efficient, real-time data entry across departments (Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical, Operations) and frequencies (daily, weekly). Android devices were implemented to scan codes and enter data, streamlining processes and reducing paper waste.• Data-Driven Insights: Developed interactive Power BI dashboards to track and monitor KPIs (Downtime, Mean Time Between Failures [MTBF], Mean Time to Repair [MTTR]) in real-time, empowering management to make data-informed decisions on production and maintenance planning.• SAP S/4 HANA Migration: Led material master data cleansing, standardization of over 30,000 inventory records, and system restructuring for a smooth SAP transition. Established new material groupings, optimized work order structures, and standardized function locations to enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency.• Efficiency Projects: Championed a Six Sigma project targeting efficiency gains in the RPET plant, reducing production losses and enhancing monthly profitability by PKR 2.3 million. The project involved detailed root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and optimizing process parameters to achieve higher conversion rates.• Budget & Cost Management: Managed a comprehensive OPEX budget of PKR 450 million and a CAPEX budget of PKR 1330 million for the engineering department. • Annual Budget Review & Compliance: Executed the Annual Budget Review (ABR) exercise for the engineering department and ensured compliance during internal and external audits, overseeing action plan implementation to meet regulatory and operational standards.
