The purpose of the job is to support IRC in developing a long-term growth strategy and plan for IRC Bangladesh and provide leadership and day-to-day support for high-quality project design and implementation through the development and adherence to the relevant standard and protocol set out by IRC and donors. One of my key roles in the job is to explore and pursue humanitarian and development funding opportunities and provide strategic and day-to-day leadership in the identification of funding opportunities, nurturing and cultivation of donor relationships, and development, and submission of winning funding proposals to implement IRC programmatic priorities with an annual target of USD 20 million from institutional and high-value donors.
