Managing and controlling the operational and other activities (settlement, redemption, investment [local and overseas] of capital market, money market, tax matters and finance related matters) of the various Collective Investment Schemes in the light of the Trust Deed, Offering Documents, NBFC (Establishment and Regulation) Rules 2003, NBFC & Notified Entities Regulation, 2008, Company Law and Income Tax Ordinance 2001; To ensure the compliance of NBFC Regulations, SECP circulars and SOPReview of initial Trust Deed and Offering Documents and give the comments thereon;Review Periodical and Annual Accounts of Collective Investment Schemes; Liaison with Banks, Stock and Money Market Brokers and National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited NCCPL; andPost mode user of eCDS and NCSS.; Job Responsibilities:- To prepare Periodical and Final Accounts; and To review Sales Reports and all other Financial Matters.

Job Responsibilities:- To designed Accounting System of Subsidiaries Companies;Implementation and controlling of accounting systems of the Groups Companies;Preparation of budget/Costing with the coordination of HOD;Preparation of Periodicals and Annual Accounts and facilitating external and internal audit; Correspondence with principals; Liaison with Banks, Leasing Companies & other related parties;Review all accounting, finance, bank & any other related matters of the Group Companies and take necessary action;To deal all taxes matters with Tax consultant M/s.
