Roles and responsibility included:Assisting RM in managing relationships of 20+ large sophisticated corporate clients with total exposure of 7 billion. Build project financing proposals which consists of company’s background, financial analysis, project cashflow, projected profitability and more.Renew clients facilities on a yearly basis which we reassess the company’s performance and project status report to avoid defaults.Managing diverse portfolio of client gathering industries such as real estate, health care, contractors, F&B, media, and entertainment.Manage the portfolio without direct supervision from RM and able to evolve with the changing needs of the clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular communication.Ensure timely execution of client facilities and efficient delivery of services.Daily calls and negotiation with clients CEOs&CFOs in order to increase the facilities utilization.Attract as many prospects/deals as possible to ensure a high level of success and portfolio growth.Make sure all client’s requests are handled on a timely manner.Meeting clients on a regular basis to insure a high level of satisfaction rate.
