There, I helped to increase the sales volume and customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and providing excellent service. Before that, I gained valuable experience as a Receptionist at Accor, a global hospitality group, where I learned how to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reservations. With more than three years of work experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors, I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients.
