I am a business enthusiast, top to bottom. From early age I wanted to be a businessman. Haven’t got there yet but it is a work in progress. What else inspires me to do what I do? Well, I like to lead a team to the best possible outcomes. Therefore, any leadership position intrigues me to pursue. I got my undergraduate degree in Business from Bangladesh University of Business and Technology. Right after graduating I tasted the harsh truth of reality. I need capital to pursue my dream of becoming a businessman. As a result, I started to look for a job. I worked as a Retail manager where I first got the chance to know the Retail Industry from inside. I liked it so much that after moving to Canada I am still working in Retail. Let’s talk about the moving to Canada part. After working as a manager for couple of years in Bangladesh, I found out the growth potential is so limited, as the country culture dictates to have sole proprietorship business or, medium sized family owned business. In addition, I wanted to complete my Master’s degree in Business Management. All those factors drove me to Canada, specifically to Royal Roads University, from where I got my Master’s in Global Management degree.It is a struggle to find good jobs in Canada. This is the harsh reality. I had to try many many times to get a proper job. Thanks to Eddie Bauer and SPARC group LLC for taking me under their wing and giving me the chance to polish my leadership skills. So who am I?I am an experienced personal with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. I worked in various retail services but mostly customer service. I am also skilled in consulting for business solutions, training, recruiting, and account management.
