Quotation Requesting (New Clients & Renewals):- Getting the Member list, Broker of Record (B.O.R), C.R copy, Claims Experience for 3 years in new SAMA desired format [Signed/Dated/Stamped], Existing Network, Existing T.O.B through mailing from the clients.- Sorting Details from the member list (such as over age members, no. of adherents & new- Information needed by CCHI).- Preparing Medical Quotation Slip [Broking Slip] as per Client's existing policy and requested/enhanced benefits.- Arranging Group Medical Proposal (signed/stamped) - if required by Insurer.- HDF [Major pre-existing Chronic Diseases declaration for SME Groups].-Requesting Quotations from Different Insurance Companies [3 Minimum].- Preparing Comparative analysis & premium calculation sheet after receiving quotation.- Prepare covering letter and release quotation to the Client and/or Agent.2. Offer Acceptance and Policy Requesting:- Receive Business Firm Letter/ Renewal Firm Letter mentioning Quotation No., Date of Quote, total members to be insured, policy cover date.- Signed/Stamped- Quotation- All pages.- Signed/Stamped- Network- All pages.- Member's List- Printed on Client's Letter Heat- Signed/Stamped.- Payment - Multiple Sponsors Authorization.3. Client Relations (Monitoring Team of 6):- Team Carry forward the amendment requests.- To follow during delays and disputes.- R/I Claims Tracking.- Pending Approvals Tracking.3. Other Responsibilities:- Educating Clients from time to time with the recent developments at CCHI.- Conducting Workshops/Seminars for Major Client.- Plan workflow within the Department to meet KPI’s.- KPI’s & Authority Matrix implementation within the department to guarantee smooth workflow.- Reports to Chief Operating Officer:- Monthly/Quarterly Production Reports.- CRM Reports (RFQ)/ Sama Report / Compliance (High Risk Clients).
