I have Master of Science in Construction Projects and Cost Management from Middle East College ( Coventry University) . I have 15 years experience in Quantity Surveying field along with contracts. I have a good exercise working in pre and post contracts. My experience included to Prepare Tender Documents and prepare manually BOQ for the projects in Civil, MEP works, I am using cost programmes as Cost X, Master Bill, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Offices like Excel. Dealing with contractual issues, Releasing Interim Payments Certificates (IPC) as well finalize Final Accounts, Checking quantities Monthly on the site for releasing payments, Estimate costing for the works, Evaluate Cost implications and Variation Orders, Coordinate and Processing Tenders Procedures with E Tendering System through InformationTechnology Authority (ITA) for my SEZAD Tenders along with that Working as secretariat of SEZAD Tender Committee, supervise existing projects in terms of checking contractors performance as well consultants and then make a report, Coordinate and Solving out various pending issues for interface projects with stakeholders and users. Lead critical issues for the projects and Team Work, Evaluate Consultants and Contractors monthly progress report, Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) for suppliers and contractors along with following their progress and coordinate with Finance Department for their payments (Invoices). Currently, I am under studying to finish my course in CIPS (Chartered Institute Procurement & Supply).
