I hold a Master of Science degree in Chemistry, during which I focused on synthesizing and exploring various nanocomposites and functionalized materials. My thesis, titled “Hydrothermal Synthesis of Rare Earth Metal Functionalized Carbon Nanotubes for the Adsorption and Photocatalysis of Selected Dyes,” provided extensive experience in materials synthesis and dye degradation processes.In addition to my master’s research, I have synthesized graphene oxide and its composites for the degradation of crystal violet dye. I have also conducted adsorption studies on ferrite-based materials. Throughout my research, I have gained hands-on expertise in various nanoparticle and composite synthesis techniques, including sol-gel, in-situ methods, microemulsion, hydrothermal, and co-precipitation. Moreover, my recent projects involve training in electrochemical analytical methods such as Linear Sweep Voltammetry (LSV), Galvanostatic Charge-Discharge (GCD), and battery analyzers.Beyond my work in photocatalysis, I am currently exploring the interaction of nanoparticles with drugs for targeted drug delivery applications. During my undergraduate studies, I served as a research assistant in the field of Biochemistry, focusing on quantum chemistry in my final project.
