- Prepare and record journal entries.- Prepare the monthly manpower billing report.- Prepare and analyzes the safekeeping of all payroll transaction issues.- Review and analysis of the monthly journal vouchers and monthly bank reconciliation statements for the payroll bank account and end of service bank accounts.- Review and complete all bank transactions issues and letters for payroll.- Prepare all payroll financial letters and all governmental financial report.

- Calculating salaries, overtime earnings, and leaves deductions.- Calculating employees end of service including leave encashment and service award.- Entering payroll information and maintaining payroll files.- Preparing Manasa Sarf reports.- Preparing salaries accounting entries.- Ensuring all necessary documentation is kept in an orderly manner for audit purposes.

- Prepare and record daily financial transactions, account balances for income and expense and account closing, data and financial schedules for all bank accounts.- Working in the accounting projects department on multiple projects including the project of government entities transition from the cash to the accrual accounting basis.- Preparing and maintaining accounting records and reports.- Preparing value added tax report.- Preparing and posting monthly journal entries.- Reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts.- Preparing accrual accounts and recording bank reconciliations.- Monitoring and maintaining fixed assets records.
