Recruitment & Sourcing:•Handling End to end recruitment Working on senior level mandates for clients across the industries•Sourcing the relevant profiles through various sources which majorly include internal database and professional sites.•Help the team members by involving in the closures of offers with the candidates wherever required•Communicate and co-ordinate regarding interview schedules and providing feedback to the candidates.• Evaluation & negotiation on the basis of skills, salary, notice period, experience and qualification• Continuous follow up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.• Co-ordination with the client on interview session organized by them at different location.• Creating spec for requirements and looking for course corrections, if any.Client Relationship Management•Handling key clients of the company which involves interaction with the client to understand their requirements and provide best resources in given specific timeline.Managing full-cycle recruiting which includes researching, locating, screening, interviewing, recruiting, negotiating and closing candidates.Team Management •Distributing the requirements to the Team Members and short listing their resumes.
