With over nine years of experience in customer relations and quality management in the laboratory and textile industries, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the softlines division at AzoLab Laboratuvar Hizmetleri A.Ş. As the division manager, I oversee the testing and certification of various textile products, ensuring compliance with international standards and customer requirements. I have successfully managed multiple projects and contracts with leading brands and vendors, delivering high-quality results and satisfaction. I have also developed and implemented effective quality management systems and procedures, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the operations.
