- Working closely with Aboriginal families and support them on their housing application- Organising Independent Living Skills sessions for on-site clients and weekly outreach for clients who are in the longer transitional housing- Supporting Aboriginal clients to return to countries

- Capacity to temporarily cover manager roles, dealing with issues such as managing volunteers and students in placement, mentoring social work students, writing incident reports, and daily accounting- Building relationships and engaging with vulnerable people from multicultural backgrounds to get support from internal services, including Emergency Relief, West Care Centre, Community Food Hub, and shelter for Code Blue/Code Red- Referring clients to get other support from external services providers, such as SA Health, Relationship Australia, DASSA, and Street to Home- Providing essential support for clients, such as serving meals and drinks from West Care Centre and food vouchers from Emergency Relief- Designing a project about food security for the Community Food Hub, to enrich the variety of our storage by doing surveys with clients- Case management and intake experience in EASSHS team (Eastern Adelaide Aboriginal Specific Homelessness Services) during my placement, including case noting, assisting clients to do intakes, using VI-SPDAT and H2H system to assess clients situations, and making further individual plans for supporting clients
