HR & Payroll* Recruitment, selection & orientation of employees.* To arrange employment training for motivation.* To ensure Appointment Letter for all employees.* To prepare & issue the ID cards.* To prepare & maintain salary sheet, pay slip of garments workers (Wage, Annual Leave & Festival Bonus)* To maintain the workers grievance about salary and OT and kept the record* To prepare the separation list of garments worker (Monthly)* To prepare final settlement bill of garments worker (Monthly)* To prepare rejoin list of garments worker (Monthly)* To ensure the data base maintain of all employees & workers.* To conduct disciplinary actions for solving any problems.* Responsible for support HR Manager for maintain disciplinary action (Lunch Absent, Habitual Absent and Others). To prepare and maintain notice about any kind of disciplinary action and kept record.* Responsible for maintain time section (Attendance & O.T)* To help for maintain welfare activities.* Monitoring, floor activities and report to authority.* To maintain chain of command of the company.* HRM Maintain by "KORMEE" Software.
