Handling the complete accounting cycle, including opening, posting entries and closing of accounts and preparation of various accounting reportsFull-charged accounting & Book-keeping interacting with bank Transactions & calculating TDS, & Service Tax and pay through online.Accounts Billing & Receivable and Budgeting and Ready Bank Deposits, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, Prepared sales invoices, refund and agency commission checks. Prepare journal entries, and general ledger to closing and financial statements. Reconcile daily files against cash.Take care of telephone inquiries and managed all written correspondence and Reconciles vendors & customers accounts.Follow up collections of accounts receivables; coordinates with clients to ensure requirements are complete and submitted timely so that payments are processed accordingly and are received on schedule.Assists the Accounting Supervisor in preparing Proposals for customers, and processing billings for the job or the work done and preparation of various reports such as monthly Bank Reconciliations and others as needed.

Maintain Day-to-Day Accounts like cash, Bank, Receipts, Payments, Sales, Purchases and etc, using Tally.Preparing Quotations, Bills receivable. Maintain Bill Register, and Booking LR’s Advanced Accountancy: - Profit & Loss A/c, Final Accounts
